Overview

Developed for our clients and partners, this course guides learners through the Fluent Order Management project lifecycle. It covers discovery and gap analysis, precise estimation, solution delivery, and launch readiness.

Learning Objectives

Understand a typical Fluent Order Management project lifecycle
Understand the various project roles and responsibilities
Be able to run successful Discovery workshops
Be able to perform gap analysis and estimation
Understand the delivery and launch readiness processes
Know how to work with Fluent Commerce

Complete the Enrolment Process

In order to gain access to the e-learning course, you must first complete the registration and signup process (Step 1) before you can launch the course (Step 2).Step 1. Signup First, go to https://docs.fluentcommerce.com/landing/elearning and complete the steps to request access to enrol and access the course. Note: Both New and Existing learners are required to complete this step.
