Overview

The Project Enablement course is designed to teach participants about the project lifecycle for effectively delivering successful Fluent OMS Projects. This includes recommended practices, key project milestones and overall guidelines. As part of Fundamentals, this course provides partners and clients with an understanding of how to run discovery, perform gap analysis, estimation, solution delivery, and launch readiness.

Duration	4 - 6 hours

Understand a typical Fluent OMS project lifecycle

Be able to run successful Discovery workshops
Be able to perform gap analysis and estimation
Understand the delivery and launch readiness processes
Know how to work with Fluent Commerce
