Overview

Empty packing slip pdf file downloadedWhen the user clicks on the “PRINT PACK SLIPS” button in Fluent Store the PDF packing list is not openable. One of the reasons is you need the setting ALLOW_CREATE_ARTICLE_AFTER_PACK at the retailer level.

In order the fix the above problem, You need to go to setting and setup the following in retailer level: No alt provided

Once the setup is done, the packing list will be displaying nicely: No alt provided

Alternative Error in Packlist

This error could happen when the ref and the product ref of the order items are not the same, as the code generating the packing slip is expecting those refs to be the same. In this case, inline.print would be the solution for this scenario!
