Overview

The Availability Course will delve into the various challenges retailers face around managing and publishing availability across different channels. Availability enables Clients to deliver a superior Customer experience by identifying and presenting multiple fulfilment options, ETA’s, Delivery options, BOPIS / Click & Collection options, estimated fulfilment times, and future availability options.
